Position Summary
Saint Luke’s South is seeking a skilled and flexible PRN Anesthetist to join our care team. In this role, you will administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses before, during, and after anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical interventions
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Schedule Requirements
- PRN commitment: Minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Must be willing to float to other Saint Luke’s locations (Plaza, North, East) based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Current licensure/certification as an Anesthetist (CRNA or equivalent, as applicable)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Flexibility and willingness to support multiple locations
