Community Dietitian / Clinical Dietitian (Community Services)

Overview: 

The community-based dietitian will be providing medical nutrition therapy to individuals, families, and at-risk populations via home visits, telehealth, and outreach. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition programs and education resources to improve community health outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• At least 2– 3 of years experience in community or public health nutrition, clinical dietetics, and program development
• Strong competencies in client assessment, care planning, and telehealth service delivery
• Proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills
