Job Description

ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). Drive a strong learning culture across the EAP Cluster and equip staff and leaders with the skills and competencies required for current performance and future business growth.

Partner strategically with Leaders and HRBPs on learning priorities and needs, and ensure learning programs are delivered for their Cluster in an end-to-end model. Serve as the primary point of contact for learning-related topics within their Cluster.

Improve learning program quality and visibility, by conducting regular external vendor reviews and upskilling internal facilitators, and regularly promoting our learning offerings using a variety of channels (formal and informal). Continually enhance the learner experience by ensuring learning offerings are highly accessible, best-in-class, and closely aligned with business needs.

Champion innovation by adopting digital learning tools and AI, identifying opportunities to modernize our learning offerings and approaches. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and maintain a highly proactive, assertive, and business-partnering approach.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

(1) Learning Partner

  • Partner closely with leaders and HR to identify, define, and execute learning priorities for their Cluster.

  • Assess skill and competency gaps across their Cluster, and define targeted learning programs and initiatives to address them.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learning topics, programs, and strategic initiatives within their Cluster.

  • Identify and integrate external learning best practices and emerging trends, such as digital tools, AI, e-learning, and modern learning platforms.

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders, HR, and users on learning needs and solutions to address these.

(2) Learning Culture & Quality

  • Embed a strong learning culture within their Cluster through campaigns and touchpoints with the business and users.

  • Promote learning programs through different communication channels and partnerships with leaders, HR, and the business.

  • Analyze learning feedback surveys systematically to identify and implement continuous program quality improvements.

  • Coach and upskill internal facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.

  • Lead regional learning initiatives and campaigns, including communications, webinars, and local promotions.

(3) End to End Program Owner

  • Collaborate as one HR team (including with Learning GBS and Air Liquide University (ALU)) to fulfill learning requests captured during the Self-Enrollment campaign.

  • Define annual learning program priorities for their Cluster in close coordination with business leaders, HR, and ALU.

  • Coordinate with ALU on the implementation and rollout of new learning programs within their Cluster.

  • Lead and execute local learning initiatives or custom programs that fall outside the scope of the global learning catalog.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multinational corporation (MNC).
