Magna NextGen Program
During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Production Specialist (Operations), you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Production at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Production Manager in daily production operations
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate production data (KPIs, efficiency, quality)
- Collaborate on solving operational issues in production
- Support implementation of corrective actions (8D, non-conformity analysis)
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen)
- Assist in audit preparation (internal and customer audits)
- Cooperate with Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance departments
- Provide administrative and system support (SAP, internal systems)
