Job Description
The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the café / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the café / restaurant team. The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty; and assists in upholding all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
