Job Summary
This position is responsible for delivering business value through the use of enterprise information, gathered via internal systems and from key internal partners, which also includes the design, development, deployment, maintenance, enhancement and support for structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, analyzing, and reporting strategic and tactical enterprise refund & recovery management information and operational / production data.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years of experience.
- 7 years experience interfacing with external clients., large employers, brokers, or consultants. (exclude for pharmacy)
- 7 years experience interfacing with internal stakeholder and/or external clients. (pharmacy only)
- 7 years experience requiring data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data.
- 4 years leadership experience including 2 years in a management position.
- Experience of Healthcare benefits, terminology, and concepts and insurance economies.
- Experience of quantitative and qualitative standards and measures and statistical measures and concepts.
- Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Professional designation such as Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (C.E.B.S.)

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$121,200.00 - $225,200.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
