Job Description

MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Supervises all clinic staff under him/her to ensure smooth clinic operations in their assigned sections

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily monitoring of her subordinates. Ensures fast and efficient delivery of services to patients
· In charge of the attendance and schedule of his and her subordinates. Ensure they are properly manned at all times.
· Ensures all prospective clients or customers setting of appointment through (email, FSC online, landline and cellphone) are properly attended and given with correct confirmation of the appointments officers and PRO for Executive clients. Serves as team leader in monitoring daily distribution of ALL appointments accross regualr schedule of the clinic.
· In charge of training new staff on his and her specific role in the clinic regarding SOP and use of clinic management system
· Performs re-training and coaching of staff under his/her supervison regularly or as needed
· In charge of doing performance evaluation of his/her subordinates for submission to clinic supervisor
· Coordinates with other senior staff within the clinic for any endorsemnets as needed
· Perform initian investigation of NFC/NC or complaints received involving his/ her subordinates
· Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Education : Graduate of any 4-year allied medical course
· Experience : At least 2 years work experience in the same capacity
· Other Skills : Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and with patience, computer Literate
