Chemours is seeking a CER (Customer Excellence Representative) to join our team. This position will be available at our Seoul, Korea location. 

*This position is a 1.5 year contract role.*

The Chemours CER (Customer Excellence Representative) delivers outstanding customer service by managing orders, inquiries, and issue resolution. This role collaborates closely with Sales team, Supply Chain and other function to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Perform customer order fulfillment services with SOX compliance, internal and external compliances.

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including:

  • Onboard New Customers

  • Process stock transport order and customer orders using SAP R3 ERP system

  • Monitor orders through delivery and update sales team and customers

  • Customs declaration

  • Billing

  • Payment collection: Support sales team for payment collection

  • Customer training for portal order placement

  • Rebate/Commission handling

  • Credit/Debit handling

  • Customer complaint handling (including return order handling)

The following is required for this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience (Customer service or Supply chain)

  • Prior knowledge and experience in SAP

  • Good understanding of the trading business model and sufficient international trade knowledge

  • Customer-centric mindset with high-level customer care/focus experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to link different departments and deliver the result
    Teamwork, collaboration, and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and solve problems

  • Good English skills including speaking and writing 

The following is preferred for this role: 

  • Experience in a customer service role within the chemical or manufacturing industry

  • Good commercial acumen knowledge (International Trade, Import & Export shipment process & documentation, Customs & Tax)
