Job Summary
Under supervision, perform/support various warehouse and distribution activities including: pick, packing, receiving, boxing, shipping, processing paperwork, counting, and performing various other tasks but not limited to various other activities.
Essential Functions
- INVENTORY
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.
- ORDER FULFILLMENT
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure shipping orders are accurately documented and labeled.
- Coordinate with shipping software to ship goods.
- Ability to perform boxing functions as part of kitting process.
- WAREHOUSE MAINTENANCE
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by regularly cleaning and organizing storage areas.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, shortages, and other warehouse activities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- OTHER DUTIES
- Comply with all GMP requirements
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years Warehouse experience required

The hourly pay rate for this position is:
$21.00 to $29.00Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
