Responsibilities:
- Assist plastic surgeons during surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
- Manage patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Provide compassionate patient care and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a medical or surgical setting, preferably in plastic surgery.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Must be willing to travel
