How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead continuous survey readiness by designing and overseeing proactive initiatives that ensure the team is always prepared to meet highest quality regulatory standards.
Translate complex regulatory changes into clear, actionable insights across all patient care and ancillary departments, keeping clinical teams informed and compliant.
Drive innovative implementation strategies for new standards, ensuring organizational readiness at every level without disrupting daily patient care.
Guide corrective action plans and monitor performance when gaps are identified, turning compliance challenges into opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify best practices and streamline survey preparation, reducing administrative burden on staff.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Occupational Therapist preferred.
Licensed Physical Therapist preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
