TikTok Shop - EHS & Safety Manager, Sorting Center

Team Overview TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety compliance across the distribution center; ensure all operations align with local fire, security, and occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
• Oversee high-risk activities including yard parking safety, hot work, and forklift operations to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
• Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of fire protection facilities; organize employee safety training and regular fire drills.
• Develop emergency contingency plans; lead investigations into safety incidents, manage reporting procedures, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA certification, or relevant EHS professional qualifications.
• Deep understanding of safety risks within the logistics/warehousing industry and familiarity with local/national fire codes (e.g., NFPA).
• High level of accountability with strong decision-making skills in emergencies; strictly principle-oriented.
