Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in risk management, insurance claims management, or related field.
· Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and legal counsel.
· Understanding of claims reserving, litigation management, and cost containment strategies.
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with claims management systems preferred.
