Job Summary

Quality checking prior to delivery to customer - once items have been picked moved in QC area, the QC checker will check all items for any damages prior to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

•    Check the daily delivery items for any visible damages with specific attention given to check scratch, dent, dirt, colour fadedness, cracks, manufacturing defects etc
•    Verify if all the components and related hardware are present in the package
•    Items with rectifiable damage must be moved to workshop location with proper reasons
•    Items with irreparable/major damage, broken, parts/component missing etc. need to be highlighted to QC team leader with an inspection note
•    Once the items are checked, they need to be packed properly and QC label must be affixed with details of route/truck#, QC person name, Date of QC etc.
 

Candidate Requirements

•    Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling Furniture items as Carpenter or Installer
•    Should be able to speak/read and comprehend basic English
•    Good communication skills to interact with different teams
•    Ability to Lift Over 40 kg
