What We’re Looking For:

• Active STNA certification (Ohio)
• A genuine passion for helping others (this part matters most)
• Reliability—you show up, especially when others are sleeping
• Ability to work independently but still be a team player
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Comfortable working overnight hours and staying alert

Bonus Points If You:

• Have prior long-term care or nursing home experience
• Can handle quiet nights and unexpectedly busy ones
• Bring good energy (coffee help, but kindness works better)

Pay Rate $18.50-$23.05
