Job Description

Have you ever ordered a product on Amazon and wondered how it got delivered to you so fast, and what kinds of systems and processes are running behind the scenes to power the whole operation?

The Senior Product Manager, Fashion Speed will be responsible for developing new ways to get Amazon Fashion marketplace products as close as possible to our customers to enable fast delivery speeds. You will own both long-term network convergence initiatives and near-term placement optimizations that selectively route high-velocity ASINs into faster fulfillment paths using existing capacity. You will work with stakeholders across FBA, Operations, and Delivery Experience to design the technical and fulfillment network solutions which enable this and turn those solutions into a product roadmap.

You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within the Amazon fulfillment network as it relates to the Fashion marketplace, and be an integral part in creating and implementing large scale strategic initiatives in seller inventory inbounding and placement, delivery speed, and fulfillment — all with the goal of better serving our Fashion customers. There will rarely be a perfect solution, so it will be up to you to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholder relationships while planning and executing within an ever-changing environment.
The ideal candidate has business acumen in e-commerce and fashion marketplace fulfillment, experience designing product roadmaps, excellent analytical abilities, superior communication skills in both English and Japanese, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. She/he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate, with continuous learning built into the culture.
