HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

POSITION PURPOSE

The Director of Human Resources (DHR) provides senior-level leadership over all HR services, policies, programs, and strategy for Memorial Regional Health (MRH). Reporting directly to the COO and indirectly to General Counsel, the DHR serves as a strategic resource to operational leadership, driving a high-performance, high-trust culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and superior workforce development. The DHR is responsible for translating organizational strategy into HR initiatives, maintaining a compliant and competitive employment environment, and advising the leadership team on all workforce matters.
