This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dedicated Customer Intelligence Analyst based in Brazil.

This role focuses on supporting clients in monitoring and managing digital risk environments while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced cybersecurity context. You will act as a key operational point of contact for customers, helping them navigate threat intelligence platforms, interpret security data, and maintain a strong security posture. The position combines client-facing responsibilities with analytical work, including ticket triage, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You will play an active role in identifying digital threats such as phishing, brand abuse, and data exposure across multiple online channels. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will help translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
