Reporting to the Superintendent, Reliability, the Senior Supervisor, Reliability E&I is responsible for leading and advancing the site’s Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) reliability program to ensure the safe, and reliable operation of all E&I assets. This role provides technical leadership across instrumentation, controls, safety systems, and electrical distribution, driving long‑term asset performance through reliability strategies, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key technical authority, this position shapes the direction of the newly established E&I reliability organization and partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to support overall plant objectives.

 

This position is located at Nutrien's Redwater, Alberta site and is not eligible for remote work.
