Job Description
We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Marita Jansson, Head of Strategy, Portfolio Management and Fixed Telephony, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving strategy, investment planning, sustainability, and Fixed Telephony within Telia’s network infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
You will focus on shaping Telia Infra Sweden’s overall network and business strategy while working closely with both infrastructure and business teams.
- Develop network and business strategies with a focus on fixed networks, while also contributing to mobile
- Create analysis and insights to support the development of Telia’s infrastructure
- Consult stakeholders across departments on strategy, best practices, and decision-making
- Contribute as a strategic advisor across infrastructure domains, supporting long-term planning
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are analytical, collaborative, and able to drive change while balancing complex stakeholder needs and strategic priorities.
- Proven experience in telecommunications, ideally across fixed and mobile networks
- Strong knowledge of engineering combined with solid business understanding
- Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results in a complex organization
- Fluency in Swedish and English
