Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Develop and manage the annual Training Master Plan
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skill Assessments
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Organize training program including venue, materials, instructors, and vendors
- Maintain training records and update training systems accurately
- Conduct employee orientation programs for new hires
- Organize employee activities such as: Attendance recognition programs,Long service awards
- Promote employee engagement and motivation
- Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture
- Manage time attendance records and prepare data for payroll processing

- As per supervisor’s assignment

- Follow customer’s requirements
HSE Expectation: (ความคาดหวังด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม)
- Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, Wear proper PPE
- Follow & no violation on the safety rule, WI, Procedure.
- To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is preferred
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Experience in a multinational company will be an advantage.
