Corporate Counsel - Reinsurance

This role serves as legal counsel to the company’s assumed and ceded reinsurance businesses, providing strategic, transactional, and regulatory support across a broad range of reinsurance matters. The Counsel will advise business and functional stakeholders on treaty and facultative reinsurance transactions, contract wording, collateral and security arrangements, claims, dispute management, and related governance and regulatory considerations. The role requires strong technical reinsurance knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to partner effectively with underwriting, claims, finance, and senior business leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.
