As Cocktail Waiter / Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering sophisticated and memorable guest experiences within our bar and lounge. More than simply serving drinks, you will create engaging, personalised moments that reflect the elegance and charm of the St. Regis brand. This role is ideal for a confident and service‑driven professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and enjoys interacting with guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and personalised cocktail and beverage service to guests
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels valued
- Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams
- Set up tables and ensure all service areas meet brand standards at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout the shift
- Support the overall flow of service by working collaboratively with the team
- Handle guest feedback and requests with a positive, solution‑focused approach
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
