[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle including the following:
Crafting Cross-Product, End-to-End Experiences

Engage directly with business users, demand aggregation and deal desk stakeholders to thoroughly understand their operational workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives.

Design technical solutions by identifying the most effective combinations of existing GovTech platform products. As necessary, actively engage in agentic engineering—using AI coding agents, natural language prompting, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly prototype, build, and test working solutions.

Generate functional prototypes in real-time alongside business users to validate assumptions and refine the product direction.

Work out the product outreach and promotion strategies with the team responsible for customer success.
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

Define clear, measurable success metrics for each solution, focusing on business user adoption, time saved, and operational efficiency.

Manage the backlog for your specific solutions, balancing the need for rapid feature delivery with long-term technical debt management.

Champion the "build with GDP platforms" and AI-assisted development mindset across the organisation, demonstrating how rapidly complex problems can be solved.

Work with the Product Marketing team in transitioning business users to new solutions, ensuring they understand the capabilities and limitations of the built products.

Establish continuous feedback channels with business users to inform iterative improvements and identify new platform feature requests to feed back to the core
What We Are Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area with relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior roles

8+ years experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing

Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development will be strongly preferred.

Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence

A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind

Ability to learn and apply

Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, and Certified Scrum Master.
