
TCEE Strategic Account Manager, TCEE 3P Marketplace
Job Description
You'll manage a portfolio of top-performing and high-potential sellers, developing tailored growth strategies that align seller capabilities with Amazon's marketplace priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, category knowledge in consumer electronics, and the ability to influence sellers toward operational excellence while navigating complex cross-functional challenges (compliance, fulfillment, pricing).
Key job responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value 3P sellers in TCEE categories, developing and executing customized account growth plans with clear GMS targets, selection expansion goals, and channel migration milestones
- Build trusted advisory relationships with key sellers (official distributors, large retailers, brand-authorized resellers) through structured engagement cadences
- Diagnose seller-level performance gaps — selection, pricing, fulfillment mix, conversion — and develop collaborative action plans
- Drive FBA adoption and channel optimization (FBA Core, Seller Flex, Easy Ship) to improve customer experience and seller economics
- Identify and recruit high-potential sellers, including official brand distributors and category specialists
- Track market trends, seasonality, and new product launches to ensure seller readiness and day-1 availability for key ASINs
- Contribute to programmatic solutions addressing systemic challenges (price competitiveness programs, selection gap closure, compliance navigation)
- Track and report on seller-level and GL-level KPIs: GMS, price comp (IC/External), buyable ASINs, channel mix, conversion
A day in the life
Review GL dashboards and seller performance metrics to prioritize daily actions
Conduct strategic calls with top sellers — aligning on selection expansion, pricing adjustments, and FBA migration plans
Perform deep-dive analysis on specific seller or category performance issues
Coordinate with 1P, Fulfillment, and Compliance teams to resolve seller blockers
Prepare data-driven recommendations for WBR and leadership reviews
Research competitive landscape and new brand/seller opportunities
Update CRM and tracking tools with latest seller interactions and pipeline status
Analyze channel-level trends (FBA share, Seller Flex growth, MFN SS price comp) to identify optimization opportunities
About the team
The TCEE (Technology, Consumer Electronics & Entertainment) team manages 3P marketplace performance across Brazil's highest-GMS technology categories. We drive growth through a combination of strategic seller management, selection expansion, channel optimization, and cross-functional program development. Our categories include Wireless, Home Entertainment, PC, Video Games, Electronics, Camera, Musical Instruments, and Office Products.
We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Brazil TCEE (Technology, Consumer Electronics & Entertainment) team, owning end-to-end relationships with high-value 3P sellers across categories including
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
