LPN Job Requirements:
Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
High school diploma or equivalent
COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive
LPN Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, personalized care for residents
Administer medications, change bandages, and collect specimens
Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
Monitor and report any change in resident condition
Record and update patient history accurately
Encourage social interaction to support emotional well-being
Work collaboratively with the care team and report to the Director of Nursing
Foster a safe and thriving environment for residents
