Job Description

  • Leading a sales team of Individual Loan Officers to drive business numbers and achieve targets. 
  • Maintaining highest portfolio quality and collection efficiency.
  • Responsible for hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of Individual loan officers.
  • Evaluating business potential for the regions by using different analytical reports like pin code reports, bureau reports, Micrometer etc.
  • Strong performance management skill by playing a pivotal role in structured reviews, performance evaluation and ensure a strong productivity management culture.
  • Implementing best business practices and developing company strategies and programs while ensuring strict compliance, integrity, and portfolio quality.
  • Constantly engaging with staff, customers, and peers to drive business growth.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies. 

Understand industry trends, competitor strategies and customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable decisions.
