Personalisation and Experience Executive

Job Purpose Positioned within the Personalisation team and reporting to the Personalisation Team Lead, this exciting new role will be key to the execution of our Personalisation and AB Testing strategy and will work to drive improved Digital Experiences that will ultimately lead to improved engagement and revenues across the Rank Interactive Portfolio. This role will focus on capturing requirements and providing robust briefs and hypotheses for our dedicated QA and Development resource as well as helping with the ongoing post analysis work once the Personalisation/Experience has been launched. Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities Assisting the Senior Personalisation Manager to leverage data/insight, business goals and industry best practice, build test hypothesis and strategies that will deliver high business and customer impact Providing robust briefs that are easily understood by the stakeholder to gain approval as well as Dev/Content and QA teams that will ultimately execute the brief precisely. Collaborate with internal teams such as the Commercial teams and Design Teams to ensure alignment and optimised tests/personalisations are run without issues. Drive regular communication with peers of all key departments to ensure optimal awareness of digital personalisation / optimisation initiatives, including assisting the Personalisation Manager to proactively share & present results and findings to stakeholders, driving awareness and growth in capability.  Responsible for quality monitoring and tracking to ensure tests go live to correct customer segments and issues are raised promptly. Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications Hands-on knowledge and experience in testing methodologies and technical know-how a distinct advantage Ability to write clear robust briefs for developers Ability to write up results in a clear logical format Ability and motivation to identify new opportunities Building successful relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
