Work location: Łódź, city center
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
The BPE P2P supports the GBPO P2P with the roll out of S/4H and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). The role acts as functional subject matter expert for the P2P process by supporting the development of a global template that will enable a successful implementation and adoption across businesses.
Your Role
Support the implementation of S/4H in the Finance domain, focusing on P2P processes.
Assist in the introduction and integration of VIM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMO, GBPO, and IT teams to ensure successful system deployment and process alignment.
Contribute to project activities including design, testing, migration, and go-live.
Support end users by providing SAP and process knowledge, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of new functionalities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during implementation.
Your Profile
In-depth SAP process knowledge in Finance (FI), with strong P2P expertise.
Practical knowledge of OpenText VIM.
Understanding of Fiori Apps, workflows and process automation.
Familiarity with the MM module is a strong plus.
Ability to develop functional specifications, process designs, test scripts and training materials.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; another language is considered a plus.
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Hands on experience in SAP implementations (ECC and/ or S/4H) ideally in a global template context.
Experience with OpenText VIM.
Practical involvement in data migration, test design/ execution, cutover and HyperCare activities.
Experience working with global teams.
S/4H certification beneficial.
