Job Description
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Log all incoming calls
- Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary
- Follow up on delivery of requested items
- Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
- After-hours dispatching when scheduled
