You’ll lead cross-functional teams, refine Agile practices, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative digital projects that empower businesses worldwide. How you'll make an impact Lead and coordinate digital projects across design, research, analytics, and content teams. Refine and champion Agile workflows to ensure efficient project delivery. Facilitate team collaboration through sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Serve as a subject matter expert for project management tools like Azure DevOps and PlanView Project Place. Track project progress, communicate updates, and proactively address risks to keep timelines on track. Collaborate with Gallagher Technology Services to ensure successful feature delivery. Coach teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain clear, accessible project documentation and reporting to align stakeholders. About you We’re looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects with ease. Has a proven track record in project management, with 5–10 years of experience in marketing or agency settings. Is experienced in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, PlanView Project Place, and Lucid Chart. Communicates effectively across diverse teams and levels, building strong relationships. Is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change. Holds a bachelor’s degree and brings a forward-thinking mindset to every challenge. Bonus Points If You Have: Agile Scrum Master Certification. Experience with Kanban workflows. Background in insurance, finance, or benefits consulting.
