The Talent Sourcing Supervisor leads the sourcing function for high-volume recruitment operations, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to support aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role oversees a team of Talent Sourcers and sourcing coordinators, driving proactive talent attraction strategies, pipeline generation, market mapping, and candidate engagement initiatives.The Talent Sourcing Supervisor partners closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Workforce Planning teams to align sourcing efforts with ramp plans, business priorities, and hiring demand while maintaining speed, quality, and efficiency across the talent funnel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of Talent Sourcers supporting high-volume BPO hiring.
- Monitor sourcing KPIs including pipeline generation, candidate flow, and productivity metrics.
- Execute sourcing strategies to support ramp plans, seasonal hiring, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Partner with Recruitment, Operations, and Workforce Planning teams to align sourcing efforts with hiring needs.
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets and reduce pipeline drop-off.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Optimize sourcing processes, tools, and recruitment technologies to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Promote a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
- Previous experience leading sourcing teams preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment metrics, and contact center hiring profiles.
- Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Advanced English level.
