In SC Planning, we are responsible for balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HP’s global network. Our core activities are Supply Planning and the creation of a Master Production Schedule (MPS). We use advanced planning tools such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align inventory, capacity, production, and logistics distribution.
As a result, we coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations with optimal inventory.
Our business segment is Large Format Hardware and Accessories, part of the Printing business in HP with broad portfolio of SKUs to manage.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the monthly supply planning cycle in SAP IBP.
- Generate and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Convert the demand plan into a feasible supply plan; incorporate demand changes (deals, sales overperformance, or plan adjustments).
- Balance demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints, following flexibility guidelines.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- High interest in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- International exposure is highly valued.
- Automation skills and/or previous AI experience are a plus.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
