Job Title: Principal/Lead SQL Developer 

Experience: 9- 12 Years 

Location: Hyderabad 

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm IST

• Design, develop, and maintain MS SQL databases. 

• Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques. • Handle database archiving and data retention policies. 

• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues. 

• Implement and maintain database security measures. 

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions. 

• Perform database migrations and upgrades. 

• Develop and maintain documentation for database systems and processes. 

• Provide support for database-related issues and incidents.

• Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.

• Strong knowledge in writing and optimizing stored procedures (SPs). 

• Expertise in creating and managing database schemas. 

• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL. 

• Strong knowledge of database performance optimization techniques. 

• Experience with database archiving and data retention. 

• Familiarity with database security best practices. 

• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) jobs. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle / MySQL
• Advanced proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization. Experience with data modeling and database design principles. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
