Description
The Dispensary Fulfillment Supervisors functions within the back-of-house space of the dispensary, leading the fulfillment team ensuring excellent inventory management of marijuana products within the dispensary. This position reports directly to the store’s General Manager.
This position is for our newest Swade Dispensary in Overland, Missouri, that we're building from the ground up. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help build out the team and operations for the Saint Louis area's first dispensary that will provide 24-hour services to customers. We're looking for both DAY and OVERNIGHT employees, and the overnight shift features a $2 dollar an hour night differential.
- Fulfillment Supervision
- Primary training of fulfillment technician operations.
- Supervision and leadership of wider fulfillment team.
- Primary responsibility for accurate inventory management and counts.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure compliant fulfillment of in-store, pick-up, and home delivery orders.
- Verify all items against the receipt within camera view.
- Confirm all items are scanned and fulfilled in TREEZ prior to packing the bag.
- Product Stocking and Organization:
- Print and attach QR labels to products for sale.
- Organize products in bins separated by METRC number and product type, ensuring clear camera visibility.
- Input lab results and expiration dates into Treez for e-commerce regulatory compliance.
- Assist the Fulfillment Lead with entering product purchases into the Treez POS system via the invoicing tab (if appropriately trained).
- Reporting:
- Complete and post the daily fulfillment report on Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain and update daily logs, including cleaning and sanitation records, temperature and humidity logs, and product return logs.·
- Inventory Management:
- Split METRC tags as required.
- Support management in processing deliveries, ensuring all product movements from "Receiving" in Treez are verified by a manager.
- Print Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab results upon request for patients, consumers, or state officials.
- Immediately notify management of any inventory discrepancies identified during assigned shifts.
- Cleanliness and Supplies:
- Perform daily cleaning of the fulfillment room and complete the cleaning and sanitation log.
- Notify management of any necessary daily-use items, such as bags, cleaning supplies, or office materials.
- Assist management with other tasks as requested/assigned.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must possess the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (4+ hours).
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead and across shelves.
- Starting at $21.50 per hour for day employees, and starting at $23.50 for overnight employees, commensurate with experience
