About the job

Responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources operations, including leading the talent acquisition process through sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring managers. Oversees HR reporting by generating and analyzing workforce data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Maintains positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. Manages relationships with outsourcing companies to ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with project objectives. Additionally, oversees project HR operations, ensuring the effective execution of HR activities, policy compliance, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to support organizational and employee needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

HR Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR reports to track key metrics and assess workforce trends.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promote effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Outsourcing Companies:

  • Manage relationships with outsourcing firms to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor service delivery and performance of outsourced HR functions related to project.

Project HR Operations:

  • Oversee HR-related projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and employees’ requests.

 

Qualifications/Experience required

 

Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration

HR Diploma/Courses /MBA is an asset.

Experience:

+2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction industry.

Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Language Requirements:

Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
