Join us as a Trainer (on-site in Cape Town) supporting our Client that offers life insurance, pensions, retirement solutions, and investment services, where service is curated, experiences are personalised, and every interaction matters.

What you will do in this role

As a Trainer, you will:

• Facilitate engaging new hire training programmes and delivering ongoing training to ensure advisors consistently meet adherence to financial services regulations, internal controls, and client requirements

• Use strong facilitation and presentation skills to bring learning to life in both classroom and virtual settings

• Provide targeted coaching and development support to improve performance and confidence

• Assess learner readiness through evaluations, feedback, and structured assessments

• Continuously improve training content to reflect evolving service expectations and operational needs

• Partner with Operations and Team Leaders to identify skills gaps and training opportunities

• Reinforce a culture of service excellence, attention to detail, and personalised customer engagement
