Employee Experience Coordinator
Job Description
Who We Are
CTI has been a leading Audio-Visual provider for over 38 years. Since 1988, our mission has stayed the same: to provide a fantastic customer experience.
At CTI, our greatest asset is our people. We know that some of the best employees don’t always fit a “traditional” mold, and that’s exactly what makes our team special. If you’re dependable, friendly, and take pride in doing great work while enjoying the people you work with, you may fit right in.
We’ve built a workplace that’s supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun. You’ll find Nerf battles, the occasional dance-off, and plenty of laughter mixed in with meaningful work and cool technology. We know when to goof off and when to focus and get the job done. Our customers always come first, closely tied to safety and to having fun while we get our work done.
So… Where Do You Fit In?
We’re looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our Employee Experience Team at our corporate office in Maryland Heights, MO.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, loves organization, and takes pride in being the go-to person for learning, onboarding, and training support. Your attitude, work ethic, and people-first mindset will directly support our mission of delivering a fantastic customer experience, and that starts with our employees. We’re a full-time, in-office team—and if you enjoy being surrounded by people, energy, and collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here.
If you’re enthusiastic, approachable, detail-oriented, and ready to embrace new challenges, we’ll provide the training, support, and environment you need to thrive.
What Will You Do?
You’ll play a key role in keeping CTI’s employee training and onboarding experience organized, on track, and running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused role where strong coordination and attention to detail make all the difference.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, onboarding activities, and company learning events
- Track employee participation, course progress, and completion details
- Support end-to-end new hire onboarding coordination to ensure a great first experience
- Communicate with employees, trainers, and managers to keep everything aligned and on schedule
- Maintain and update CTI‑U (our learning portal), ensuring content is organized and accessible
- Assist employees with questions, access issues, and general training support
You’ll also:
- Help create and update training materials, including light video editing
- Support training sessions and serve as a backup for new hire orientations
- Generate basic reports on training activity and completion
- Jump in on team projects and lend a hand wherever needed—because that’s how we roll
Does Experience Count?
Yes—but attitude and aptitude matter just as much.
What we’re really looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
- High attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss
- Experience coordinating events, schedules, or group activities is a big plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- Exposure to training, onboarding, or LMS tools is helpful (but not required)
- Basic video editing experience (even personal or school projects is okay!)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help
What’s in it for you?
At CTI, we know our company’s success is directly correlated to the success of our employees. So, it’s fitting that we thrive on and encourage employee growth, both professionally and personally.
Our competitive compensation package includes:

- Monthly bonus eligibility that is based off a results-oriented incentive plan (after 3 months of employment).
- A graduated PTO program, all major holidays off, and three “floating” holidays are available upon your first day of employment.
- Special gifts for significant life events, such as marriage, childbirth, and house buying.
