Associate Director of Operations

Within the strategic vision set forth by the Vice President, Operations, the Associate Director, Operations will report to the Director, Operations and is responsible for assisting with the execution of tactical operations and the performance of the assigned portfolio of communities. In close collaboration with the Director, Operations, the incumbent will share responsibility for the performance, development, and compliance of the Portfolio Managers and the communities making up multiple portfolios within a broader operating group.
