What you’ll be doing
As a Merchant Services Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey with Wolt. You’ll act as a key point of contact for merchants, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform while ensuring strong operational quality, partner satisfaction, and continuous business growth. This role is an exciting mix of partner support, process management, operational excellence, and commercial impact.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners by training them on how to use our systems and keeping them updated on new improvements and opportunities
- Conduct direct merchant outreach across key merchant health pillars including imagery, menu quality, promotions, Ads campaigns, operational performance, and compliance initiatives
- Ensure partners reach the highest service standards by conducting regular quality and satisfaction checks
- Review merchant quality metrics and proactively engage underperforming merchants with actionable feedback and improvement plans
- Support partner business growth by analyzing and sharing performance insights and recommendations
- Manage and update partner menus, visuals, and storefront content to ensure alignment with Wolt brand standards
- Organize and coordinate photo/content shoots with merchants where needed
- Support the NV (New Verticals) and Development teams during campaigns, launches, and urgent operational cases
- Maintain accurate records of merchant communication, outreach activity, account status, and follow-up tasks
- Identify patterns in merchant performance and share insights and best practices with the broader team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Support, and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and merchant experience
Our humble expectations
You’ll do well at Wolt if you:
- Have around 1 year of experience in customer support, partner operations, merchant services, or similar roles
- Have strong communication skills and feel comfortable engaging merchants via phone, email, and other channels
- Are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple merchant accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Feel comfortable working with data to identify trends and prioritize outreach and actions
- Have the charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong relationships
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and ownership
- Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams
- Have fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language
Nice to have
- Familiarity with food delivery, grocery delivery, or marketplace platforms
- Experience with CRM systems, merchant dashboards, or operational tools
- Previous experience supporting campaigns, merchant growth initiatives, or logistics coordination

We offer an attractive salary starting at 28.831,74€ p.a. (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending how well you go through the process.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.
The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
