Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PLM Project Lead to join our Digital Engineering team. As part of a growing function supporting AutoStore's engineering tools and processes, you will lead projects that enhance and evolve our Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem. Working closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and system experts, you will translate business needs into solutions, drive implementation initiatives from idea to deployment, and ensure users are equipped to adopt new capabilities successfully.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will combine project leadership, change management, and an understanding of engineering methodologies to help shape the future of our engineering systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PLM initiatives from concept to deployment, delivering enhancements, system upgrades, and process improvements

  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and validate solutions through reviews and proof-of-concepts

  • Manage project delivery across planning, testing, deployment, user adoption, and training activities

  • Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and engineering tool stakeholders to improve system integrations, data flows, and engineering processes

  • Drive change management, monitor project outcomes, and communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing PLM projects, preferably using Siemens Teamcenter and related CAx technologies.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Experience managing project resources, budgets, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear project updates to business leaders and senior management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives and driving user adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies.

Location for this role is either in our Headquarters in Nedre Vats (Vindafjord) or our offices in Oslo, or Stavanger.
