Large Loss Property Claims Manager Objective To manage all functions of the Property Specialists unit necessary to provide superior customer service by the prompt and efficient handling, control, and proper disposition of large and/or complex claims. To monitor the corporation's property policies and procedures under the direction of the Director of Property & Liability Claims. To aid in the assessment and adoption of Best Practices and Industry Benchmarks to continually improve customer service. To act as a liaison with other divisions.
