What you’ll be doing:
As a first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide clear and accurate support across a range of enquiries, including:
Helping customers with online access and account updates
Resolving enquiries by navigating multiple systems efficiently
Following set processes and meeting quality standards
Maintaining confidentiality and handling personal information appropriately
Delivering professional, customer‑focused service in a high‑volume environment
