Eaton Electric is currently looking for a Services Sales Engineer Power Distribution to join the team in one of the following locations: Warszaw, Gdańsk or Wrocław, Poland.
What you’ll do:
This position has the direct responsibility for:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Distribution Service business.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
- Identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Country Sales, Local Service, EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals.
- Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel).
Qualifications:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
- 1–2 years of sales or commercial experience (ability to identify opportunities and support service sales),
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems,
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment,
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for medium- and low-voltage systems,
Skills:
- Ability to work independently on-site and manage customer interactions,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Good command of English (spoken and written),
- Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently,
- Fluent in Polish.
