Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Food & Beverage outlets throughout Muckleshoot Casino Resort. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, enhancing guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across dining, beverage, banquet, and catering operations. Through collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders, the Director helps shape and execute strategies that support the Resort's growth, profitability, and service standards.
