Are you a new business hunter who loves the challenge of cold calling, discovering new business clients, and reeling them in?
Would you be willing to prove yourself as a full-time sales representative in the field, to qualify for a step upward as a Team Leader based on your performance?
Our parent company is Crown Uniform & Linen Service, a 100+ year-old company based in Nashua, NH. Our particular division features an effective, affordable service for commercial, institutional, and other facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident self-starter who thoroughly enjoys prospecting and closing. Each day begins and ends at our Nashua base.
This is not an order-taking position. We are searching for a true, experienced hunter with drive and professional presence, and looking for an established company known for quality and outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
- Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare proposals and close new business.
- Maintain organized pipeline activity.
- Build strong long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven success in outside B2B sales.
- Strong prospecting and closing ability.
- Self-motivated with high energy and urgency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting decision-makers and business owners.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet apps, etc.), quick learner
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background screening and reference checks.
Preferred Education
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Equivalent professional sales experience will be strongly considered.
- Continuing sales training or professional development is a plus.
