工作职责:
- 汇报给半导体团队销售经理并完成分配的销售目标
- 如期完成销售预测并按期转化为销售收入
- 拜访客户并构建有力客户网络
- 国内出差工作
- 与区域销售团队,技术支持团队及售后服务团队协调工作
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to semiconductor sales manager and responsible for achieving assigned sales revenue target.
- Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue and bit level goals.
- Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
- Domestic business travel to support customer meetings as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with regional sales, service, PS and marketing teams to resolve business issues, plan account strategies, and achieve revenue goals.
职位要求:
- 本科及以上学历,化学,物理,半导体相关专业优先
- 5年半导体及相关行业工作经验
- 自我激励和良好的团队合作精神,能够独立和在团队环境中开展工作,积极主动和愿意分享
- 能够处理多个任务和在压力下工作
- 较强的沟通和影响能力
- 良好的人际交往能力和结果导向, 熟练的书面英语和口语
Job Requirements:
- PhD degree or above, majored in chemistry, physics or semiconductor related.
- 5+ years sales experience in semiconductor industry or related technical field
- Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented, proficiency in written and oral English
