Paralegal (Mass Tort - NY)

Provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, document preparation and production, database management, docketing/case management, and overall client service. Position will focus on New York asbestos practice and functions specific to litigation practice may include discovery, deposition preparation, investigation, trial and mediation preparation, analysis of factual information, assistance in preparation of pleadings, motions and/or briefs, management of document production databases and case management databases, scheduling and calendaring and working on and trial participation. Candidate will also be involved with the preparation of fact and expert witness lists in all jurisdictions.
