Job Description

What you do

  • Maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential clients of the bank.
  • Structure and analyse loan requests and prepare motivated lending applications as per internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.
  • Monitor the performance of the assigned loan portfolio and analyse information about clients’ business.
  • Meet the commercial targets through lending and active cross sales.
  • Prepare presentations, business offers, tender and other documentation for existing and potential clients of the bank.
  • Strive for service improvements with focus on customer satisfaction, optimization of revenues generation and internal processes.
  • Active in targeting of new clients.

 

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of professional experience on a similar position.
  • Higher education.
  • Very good knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis.
  • Good knowledge of the legal frame and regulations related to the banking area.
  • Precise, accurate and timely fulfilment of dedicated tasks.
  • Very good communication, presentational and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in working with clients.
  • Experience in working with AI Technologies such as ChatGPT/Copilot.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Communicative and open-minded person.
