Líder de Pontón – Svitzer Perú (Melchorita)
En Svitzer Perú estamos en búsqueda de un/a Líder de Pontón para sumarse a nuestras operaciones en Melchorita.
¿Cuál será tu rol?
Serás responsable de asegurar la operación segura y eficiente del Pontón, supervisando maniobras de amarre, liderando al equipo a bordo y garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y mantenimiento.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y ejecutar maniobras de amarre y desamarre
- Asegurar el mantenimiento del Pontón y sus instalaciones
- Gestionar materiales, herramientas e inventarios a bordo
- Supervisar al personal y asegurar cumplimiento de normas HSE
- Controlar trabajos de contratistas y permisos asociados
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia en operaciones marítimas (pontón, remolcadores o similar)
- Experiencia liderando equipos operativos
- Conocimiento de estándares de seguridad y uso de EPP
- Capacidad de trabajo en entornos operativos exigentes
